    Students measured the food waste, and that way pointed out to the management the great waste that took place every day in the school restaurant and actions needed. The impact measurement clearly shows less food waste than the baseline measurement: from 42% to only 29%!

    Sodexo targets a zero food waste Food solution through Waste Watch: a tracking tool to weigh food waste in production kitchens, as well as consumer plate waste. Through this real-time data, the kitchen staff optimises their ways of working, menus and recipes to minimise and eradicate food waste in a systematic way.
